The Second All-Russian Organ Day

The concert features:

Elnora Gross (organ)
Olga Kemova (organ)

Programme: J. S. Bach, W. A. Mozart, F. Mendelssohn, C. Franck, J. Brahms, M. Reger

The Russian organ school is rapidly developing, thus attracting attention and gaining respect of European organists. Russia is the host of a growing number of organ concerts, festivals and other events, for instance the All-Russian Organ Day, which offers an opportunity to listen to both experienced and young (but already accomplished) organists.

This concert features professor of the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music Alexander Fiseysky and two young organists Olga Kemova and Elnora Gross, who are known for their spectacular manner of interpretation and fresh ideas in creating big musical projects.

The program is a collection of the works of the best classical organ composers: Bach, Franck, Brahms, Mendelssohn, which means a variety of styles and high quality.
