The change of seasons that has been taking place for thousands of years remined us of eternity. That is why this seemingly simple theme is so popular with classical composers. Our Easter concert features A. Vivaldi’s acknowledged masterpiece, The Four Seasons, a joyful serene concerto for two trumpets and orchestra by the same composer, a trumpet version of the famous Albinoni’s Adagio and J. S. Bach’s music played on our big pipe organ.
