Dear friends, by purchasing tickets, you agree to сomply with our rules for concertgoers.

What pieces of music should we choose to form the idea of Notre-Dame de Paris? Not the hits from the homonymous musical, but the compositions of the organists who played in the famous church. One of them is Louis Vierne (1870-1937): for 37 he worked in the Cathedral and departed during a usual excellent improvisations of his.

The Choir of the A. G. Schnittke Moscow Institute of Music will perform one of Vierne’s masses and a mass written by another Parisian, his contemporary Charles-Marie Widor. French organ music of the same period is also included in the program of the concert.
