Cathedral's Eve

The sand and Mozart’s music tell a picturesque story of Christmas. A melancholic piece for a mechanical clock expresses the feelings of Mary and Joseph who were sad “because there was no place for them in the inn”. A Little Night Music symbolizes the joyful even of the Baby’s birth. Listening to one of Mozart’s pastoral tunes we almost see the shepherds adoring Baby Jesus. The arrival of the wise men is described in a rather exotic overture of The Magic Flute. The flight into Egypt is accompanied by the emotional Symphony No. 40. Night, Mozart, organ four hands and sand animation.
