Which musical instrument is best suited for announcing a good news? Certainly the trumpet! It symbolizes victory, glory and… eternal life. It is the trumpet that angels play in the Holy Scriptures. That is why the voice of the trumpet is so appropriate in Easter music. This concert presents the most joyful masterpieces of the Baroque period, romanticism and some modern Easter music for trumpet, organ and soprano.
